Senior Cricket
Brymbo Cricket Club has been at the forefront of North Wales cricket for over fifty years. We field three senior teams in the North Wales Premier League, holding full ECB premier league status. We also enter competitions such as the Welsh Cup, North Wales T20 Cup and the Flintshire Knockout.
The club has won the North Wales Cricket League on numerous occasions and has won the Welsh Cricket Cup on three occasions. Recently, the club has enjoyed success in both the Flintshire Knockout and North Wales T20 Cup.
In 2022, the 1st XI finished third in the Premier League, the 2nd XI, finished second in the third division and were promoted to the Second Division for 2023 and the 3rd XI won the Sunday League. All in all, a great achievement for the Club.
The Club is proud of producing players who have gone on to represent the County, North Wales, Wales and professional County Cricket. However, we are very much a family club at heart and are equally proud of the different generations from local families who have represented all of our teams.
Net Facilities
The club, in conjunction with the ECB, has invested in a two-lane net facility at the ground enabling us to provide high quality practice facilities for players.
Senior Training Sessions
Senior training sessions take place every Tuesday & Thursday from 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm. This year, senior cricket training will begin on Tuesday 4 April 2023.
Senior playing membership costs £90 per year (or £40 for students).
